There are 4 new items to choose from this month.

Marti was the hostess and she has made a wonderful curry soup.  Yum!

The Bitterroot Stampers wanted to do a card swap
and this was the meeting that we swapped.
I will post the swaps on this blog after I take pictures of everyone's creation.

Below are the projects that we made at club this month.
This is a small notebook
The colors are crushed curry and blackberry bliss.

The Card Below uses the Chalkboard paper and the chalk ink.

A close up of the accessory details (ribbon and rhinestones)

Below is a sour cream container.
Just perfect to hide some Easter treats

Close-up of the little Easter Tag.
I love the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.

Lastly, I made everyone these cute little
Bunny treats using punches.
I found these on the internet and had to copy the idea.
I had a lot of fun making these

Stampin' Up Leadership

Today was the last day of Leadership.  I will be heading home tomorrow.  This will be the last leadership event that Stampin' Up will have.  They are making changes to the business and the events.
Stampin' Up will have a meeting every 6 mos. and it will be rotated to different countries.
So here is a short update of the trip.
First off, Leadership was held in Orlando Florida.  The weather was fabulous!  Sunny days and temps around 70ish.
I met so many neat demonstrators this trip.
My shuttle buddy, Nancy below, we rode the trolley to convention from our hotels in the morning.  Nancy is from Maryland and, like me, this was her first Leadership event too.
I met another demonstrator and we became seat buddies.  Julie and I both came to convention without a group and so whoever got to the auditorium first would save the other a seat. Julie is from Northwest part of Florida.  We had fun chatting and cheering during the presentations.
I also met a couple demonstrators from Europe.  Michelle Last from the UK and Jenni Pauli from Germany.
Tonight I went to dinner with a group of demonstrators from Montana, Texas and Alaska.  Some of these ladies I met when I went to the Unite and Excite event in Red Lodge, MT.
Below left to right: Betty, Rea, Diane, Lisa, Alesha, Sheila and Susan in front.

I will add more about leadership later.  It was a blast and I am inspired to do some new fun things.
I got lot's of swaps and pics of display boards!

Bitterroot Stampers Club (Season 4) Jan 15th (Judy L. is hostess)

Bitterroot Stampers club just got done.  I had sooo much fun tonight!
Judy L. was the hostess this evening and she made some delicious green chili with chicken.  It was so good!  I was lucky enough to get the left overs!  But there wasn't a lot left over as it was so tasty.   She also made Mexican wedding cookies too!  Marti was the lucky one to take them home.
Marti also brought our adult beverage for the night.  We all had "dirty girls"  Made with root beer and Orphan Girl liquor.  Orphan Girl liquor is a bourbon cream liquor that is made in Butte, MT.  They tasted like root beer floats.  Thanks Marti, they were awesome.

Everyone made 6 cards and went home with 7 tonight.
The Bitterroot Stampers are going to do a card swap for their club night in March.  They wanted to have a couple months to design and make them.
Here is how this card swap will work:
Each person will make 6 cards (all the same).  The challenge will be to use the same card layout.
Here is an example of the layout:

I borrowed this layout pic from the Sunday stampers BlogSpot.
The shape on top of the banners can be any shape that you would like.
You can use any color scheme that you like.

In March, when the BS club meets we will give each person in the club one of our cards.  Since there will be 6 people everyone will go home with 6 different cards (one of each persons design).

The BS club would like to challenge the Sapphire Stampers club to a card swap too.  I don't know if they realize that everyone would have to make 12 cards.  It would be a lot of fun, and everyone would go home with 12 different cards!  Something to think about... Maybe we could do that for Customer appreciation day in May!!

I can't wait for next Tues Jan 20th when the Sapphire Stampers have their club.

Sapphire Stampers Club Nov 17th (Judy Mae H. is hostess)

I have so many Judy's in my clubs this year!
There are 3 all together.
I have never known so many Judy's.
Judy Mae made a tasty soup (can not spell the name of the soup). But, it was a cabbage and potato cream soup.  She also made Irish Soda bread to eat with it.  For dessert, she brought a carrot cake.  Thanks Judy Mae!

Now for pictures of the projects.
This card uses the festive trees set and the "On Point" embossing folder.
The colors are garden green and cherry cobbler along with Baked Brown Sugar.
Lot's of layers on this card.
This card was a new technique for the evening.
One of the techniques was to use the "Stampamajig" to line up the ornament and the hook.
The colors of paper are VV, cherry cobbler and the under the tree specialty DSP.
We used the Ornamental Pine stamp set using Always Artichoke, Soft Suede and Cherry cobbler inks.
To give it the glittery effect, we covered the stamped image piece of paper with versa mark and then used the iridescent ice embossing powder.
The silver ribbon and "All is Calm" snowflake embellishment gave it a little more bling!
Fun card to make.
The little wreath tea light below was made using the wonderous wreath set.
We stamped 3 wreaths and used some of the Trim the tree paperstack paper to wrap around the electric tea light.  The bow is made with the cherry cobbler seam binding ribbon.
So cute!  I found this on another website and couldn't resist making them.
You had to "futz" with the bow a bit, but they turned out cute!
The card below also uses garden green and cherry cobbler.
The stamp comes from the "Mingle all the Way" set
There are  2 types of DSP.  "Under the tree" (herringbone pattern) and "Trim the tree" (plaid piece) paper stack.
The ribbon is the cherry cobbler seam binding ribbon.  We had to do a little fussy cutting for the Cheer.
