Office Valentine Treat Bags

I made these little treat bags for my co-workers.

I filled them with peanuts, peanut butter filled pretzels and peanut butter cups.

I didn't mean to have everything peanutty, but it turned out that way.  They were tastey.

A little salty... a little sweet.

I used the Big shot to emboss the little hearts on the red background paper.

I used Cherry Cobbler, Pink Pirouette, Melon Mambo and Silver Glimmer Paper.

Swap cards and then some

The next 3 cards are the cards I made for a card swap with my Utah Stamping Friends.

I can't wait to see the cards they send me.

The Birthday cards below are part of the card swap also. 

I made some cards for a co-worker. She wanted some cards to send to her neice through out the year.  The rest of the cards in this post are the ones I made for her.  I also gave her one of the Valentine Cards above.

This is a Thanksgiving card.

I was having a little difficulty with the Easter card.  I don't usually make Easter cards.

But I think this one turned out really cute.

I really like the way the Halloween card turned out.

The Log Cabin Quilt

This is the quilt that I made for my Sister-In-Law for Christmas.

She almost didn't get it.  I wanted to keep it for myself.   lol

It is a small lap quilt.  Thanks go to  my Aunt Nina Rae for doing the machine quilting with the beautiful patterns and borders.

The picture on the left shows the back and the right is a close up of the block and is a little better showing the actual colors.

The cards are made

The card party went well yesterday.  Lot's of fun and over 50 cards were made.  Thanks to everyone who came.  I was going to take pictures but didn't.  Next time.

Christmas Card Class 2011

This is another design that I did for the card swap that we did in October.

I really like this card and how it turned out.  The sentiment stamp is one of my favorites.  I was sad when they discontinued that set.
