Sapphire Stampers 1st club of the year 11-28-17- Hostess Kathy P.

I didn't post these projects back in November when we had the first club night.  Unfortunately I did not take pics of all the projects and I can't remember which projects we did.  Ugh!  So I may update this post periodically if I remember what we did.

The card below uses "fun foam" or craft foam to get a leather effect.  We cut the fun foam with the stitched framelits.  I hope they don't ever get rid of the stitched framelits.  I love them!

Sapphire Stamper Club 1-17-18 Hostess: Judy Mae

Trying to catch up on my blogging.
Here are the cards we made at club in January.

This card uses the waterfront set.  It is such a versatile set.  A fun one to play with and see what you can come up with.  I really like the watercolor effects you get with this set.
And since Valentines day was approaching... we had to make a Valentine card.

We used the "Picture Perfect" DSP stack for the card below.  I case'd this card from someone and I can't remember who it was.  But I really liked the idea.
There is a piece of cellophane from a cellophane bag put on top of the DSP to make it look like a shiny Polaroid picture.
I also made little Valantine treats for everyone.
I had a mini espresso cup that I decorated and filled with goodies (unfortunately I didn't take a pic of it)
I also made these little note pads to go with it.

Sapphire Stampers club 2-9-18 Hostess: Terry A.

Hello,
I am finally getting some posts on the blog.  Yay!
Here are the cards/projects that we made at the Feb club night.

This first card was using packing tape and dazzling diamonds to get a glimmer paper look for the pink hearts. The stamp set is the hostess set called tranquil tulips. The colors for the flowers are berry burst and rich raspberry.  The leaves are old olive.  The cardstock is pink pirouette.
This project idea was from my up line.  It uses half of a acetate card box with DSP.  So cute!
This final card uses the whisper white narrow note cards and envelopes 145583. You get 20 of each for $8.00.  They are  2 3/4 x 4 3/4. We used the DSP from the tutti fruiti stack and the Label me pretty stamp set.
Coming soon...
Picture of January assignment.
At the January club everyone had a chance to play with the Brusho colors.  They each made a watercolor using emboss resist for the flower.
The assignment was to take the watercolor and turn it into a card. Here is what they came up with.
All of them are different and each is beautiful!!  Good Job Ladies!
